Recognize the entrance
What the doorway looks like
Its door is separate from the damaging spikes inside. Do not confuse it with a spiked Curse Room door.

Plan the health decision
Check the room's entry, payment and healing rules against your actual health. Enemy damage, deliberate red-first payments and item prices do not use one shared spending rule.
How does this change the deal plan?
Room appearance, Angel eligibility, and an item's price use different rules. Compare your deal history, selected item exceptions, and goal before committing.

How to enter Sacrifice Room
Step onto the center spikes and take the required damage. Shielded hits do not advance the sequence.
What you can find
Rewards and opportunities
Early pickups, possible Angel rewards, angel fights, a large resource payout, and a later Dark Room teleport chance.

The risk to plan around
Later payments can spawn troll bombs, start angel fights, or move you to the Dark Room. Count each activation.
- The 8th payment spawns troll bombs; the 9th and 11th summon Uriel and Gabriel.
- The 10th pays out Soul Hearts or coins. From the 12th, each payment can teleport you to the Dark Room unless a challenge or daily goal excludes it.
- Sacrifice damage does not lower ordinary deal chance.
