Heals existing red health. It does not add another heart container.

How it works
- An empty red container can be refilled; a lost Soul Heart cannot.
- If you are already healed, consider leaving the pickup for after a fight or a health payment.

You need missing red health to benefit from ordinary red-heart healing.
