How to unlock The Forgotten

Finish the Broken Shovel quest from the first floor to the Dark Room.

Before you start

Defeat The Lamb at least once before attempting the quest.

Route steps

Follow the route

3 steps
  1. Step 01

    Start fast

    Defeat the first floor boss within one minute, then bomb the starting room to obtain Broken Shovel.

  2. Step 02

    Carry Broken Shovel

    Keep it through the run and complete Boss Rush to assemble Mom's Shovel. Mom's foot will chase you while the broken piece is held.

  3. Step 03

    Finish in Dark Room

    Reach Dark Room, find the dirt patch and use Mom's Shovel there to unlock The Forgotten.

Keep in mind

  • The first floor timer only controls the start of the quest.
  • The Negative route is a dependable way to reach Dark Room after Satan.
