Route steps

Follow the route

3 steps
  1. Step 01

    Unlock Missing Poster

Defeat The Lamb as Isaac. Missing Poster can then appear as a trinket in future runs.

  2. Step 02

    Find a Sacrifice Room

While holding Missing Poster, die on the spikes of a Sacrifice Room to unlock The Lost.

  3. Step 03

    Build a safer starting state

Donate a total of 879 coins to the Greed Donation Machine to make The Lost start with Holy Mantle.

Keep in mind

  • The original Rebirth unlock sequence differs from the Afterbirth and Repentance method.
  • The 879 coin milestone is separate from Keeper's 1,000 coin unlock.
