Uses your current health to decide between red-heart healing and Soul Heart health.

How it works
- With at least one full red heart missing, it heals one red heart. With no red health missing, it adds one Soul Heart.
- If only half a red heart is missing, it restores that half and adds half a Soul Heart.
Before you collect
Missing red health takes priority over gaining blue health.
