How you get here

Continue from Satan with The Negative on the standard route. Sacrifice Room teleportation is an alternative route.

Prepare before the checkpoint

  • The starting Red Chests have special deal rewards in Repentance. Check their prices before taking an item.
  • For Mega Satan, prepare the golden-door unlock and opener separately.

Defeat The Lamb for the lower-route completion target.

The golden door and other special effects can add a separate encounter; taking the ending chest finishes the run.
