What The Negative does
- Taking damage while at half a red heart or with no red hearts damages enemies in the room; it also adds one Damage.
- Holding it lets the chest after Satan in Sheol lead to the Dark Room; it can also open the Strange Door in Depths II.

How to unlock it
Defeat Satan five times.
Once unlocked, Mom drops The Negative after her fight. If The Polaroid is also unlocked, you choose one of the two.
Unlocking an item and finding it during a run are separate steps.
