Repentance · Health converted to allies

Tainted Eve:
Blood clots and Sumptorium

Learn when firing creates clots, what Sumptorium recalls and why a lost clot cannot be treated as stored healing.

Understand the system

Balance your army against your health.

Sustained firing makes clots

While eligible health remains, holding fire creates a clot every two seconds and spends half a heart. Clots follow movement and copy shooting effects. The health has been spent from Eve's bar.

Recall living clots with Sumptorium

The pocket active pulls surviving clots back and restores the corresponding heart type within health limits. A dead clot cannot return its invested health. Recall before your buffer becomes dangerously small.

Control where the army stands

Holding the drop/swap button lets Eve move while her clots stay in place. Use positioning to keep the group from drifting into an enemy. Creating more allies also increases what you need to protect.

Before

Health available above the conversion floor

After

Half a heart spent; one living red clot added

Check before acting: Watch the health bar during sustained firing, not only after enemy hits.

This reference does not read your save, calculate a crafting recipe or simulate an arbitrary inventory, health bar, queue or combat state.

Before the next action

  1. Watch your own health while holding fire, particularly between fights.
  2. Keep clots out of enemy contact and avoid spending health you need to survive.
  3. Recall the surviving group when you need its health back, then reassess before creating another army.
