Position Incubus, use room-long Box of Friends copies and learn why repeated uses add rather than double the army.
Understand the system
Lilith is blindfolded and cannot fire her own tears. Her inherent Incubus fires using her tear effects and stats from its position. Her body still needs a safe dodge path, even when the familiar has a good angle on the target.
Box of Friends adds a temporary copy of each eligible familiar type for the current room. Already having multiple copies of a type does not make it double all of them; another use adds one more. Blue Flies, Blue Spiders and unique familiars are excluded.
Without Birthright, shooting followers trail Lilith, so movement can change the firing line. Optional Birthright groups shooting familiars toward her firing direction. It changes formation rather than making Box of Friends copies permanent.
Incubus art identifies Lilith's inherent shooting familiar, not a removable starting collectible. Box of Friends is her starting active; Birthright is optional. Examples isolate one Incubus type without other familiar or charge modifiers.
