Repentance · Non-red health

??? (Blue Baby):
Soul health and The Poop

Learn Blue Baby's health-up conversion, turn ordinary poop into flies and separate Birthright health gains from red healing.

Understand the system

Budget health that cannot use ordinary red healing.

Health ups change form

Blue Baby cannot hold ordinary Red Heart containers. A container-granting item gives Soul health instead. Red healing alone cannot refill that reserve.

Create, then destroy

The Poop places a pile on usable ground and has a one-room base recharge. In current Repentance, Blue Baby creates a Blue Fly by destroying poop. A random pickup is a separate possible result.

Birthright strengthens health ups

Optional Birthright doubles Soul Hearts from health-up items. It does not turn Blue Baby into a red-health character. Keep capacity limits in mind before collecting another health item.

The Poop is the starting active. Breakfast is a hypothetical health-up find; Birthright is optional. Examples exclude Bone Hearts, special health modifiers and a full health cap.

Before the next action

  1. Inspect the health bar before any deal or optional damage. Leave enough reserve for the next fight.
  2. Use a safe opening to break ordinary poop. Check the resulting fly and supplies before choosing the next room.
  3. Read an item beyond its short HP-up line. Consider the converted health alongside the rest of the build.
