What The Poop does
- Using it creates one poop pile in Isaac's room and briefly knocks back enemies.
- A placed pile can be destroyed for its usual possible contents or bombed beside a pit to make a bridge.

Use it before a fight when you want a small obstacle, then break the pile when it is safe.
