How to fight Baby Plum
Baby Plum combines moving projectile patterns with a ground slam. You can also spare her in her own Boss Room.
Normal boss behavior in Repentance. Champion variants can change these patterns.
Before entering
Leave room to sidestep her moving attacks. If sparing her, avoid damaging her with tears, bombs, or passive effects.
- 1
Backward recoil
Watch for: A projectile stream propels Plum backward, bouncing her off walls.
Try: Track both the stream and her changing position rather than following directly behind.
- 2
Moving spiral
Watch for: Plum twirls toward Isaac while releasing a spiral of shots.
Try: Give the spiral space to open and move through a gap without touching her.
- 3
Slam and final ring
Watch for: A ground slam creates two projectile rings and red creep; defeating her releases another ring.
Try: Step away from the landing area and keep dodging after her health runs out.
