What Super Bum does
- Replaces Bum Friend, Dark Bum, and Key Bum with Super Bum.
- Collects coins, red hearts, and keys, then produces the corresponding familiar rewards.
- In Repentance, each reward drop creates two copies of the same pickup.

Keep these exceptions in mind
- This transformation changes the three familiars rather than Isaac himself.
- The recipe needs all three named familiars; extra copies of one do not replace another. Dark Bum granted by Cambion Conception does not count.
- Tainted Isaac must have the three contributors in his inventory together to obtain this fusion.
