What Dark Bum does
- The familiar takes nearby red-heart pickups, accumulating their value.
- For each one and a half hearts collected, it produces a reward such as a Black Heart, consumable or spider.
In a run
Practical note
It is strongest when your build leaves many red-heart pickups unused, but watch it around health you still need.
