What The D6 does
- Rerolls item pedestals in the room, rather than the items Isaac already carries.
- Replacement items normally come from the pool associated with the current room, even when the original pedestal had a special source.

Standard room-clear recharge. Batteries and other effects can change how quickly it refills.

How to unlock it
Defeat Isaac while playing as ??? (Blue Baby).
Isaac also starts runs with The D6 after this achievement is unlocked.
