In-game pickup line
“Range up”
Mechanics
What Mom's Underwear does
- Adds 2.5 range in Repentance.
- Spawns three to six blue flies when picked up; each fly can attack an enemy once.
In a run
Practical note
The flies give a small immediate boost for the next fights, while the range remains for the run.
