In-game pickup line
“Range up”
Mechanics
What Mom's Lipstick does
- Raises range by 3.75 in Repentance.
- Spawns one random heart pickup on collection, which may be a different heart type from a regular red heart.
In a run
Practical note
Check the spawned heart before leaving the room; it can add protection on top of the range upgrade.
