What Holy Water does
- In Repentance, Holy Water is thrown toward the direction Isaac fires and hurts an enemy it hits.
- It shatters into a puddle that damages enemies and briefly turns them to stone.
In a run
Practical note
Aim the throw where enemies will remain on the puddle for extra damage.
