What Star of Bethlehem does
- The star travels from the floor's starting room toward the Boss Room, speeding up if Isaac is ahead and slowing down if he is behind.
- Inside its aura Isaac gains 2.5× fire rate, 1.8× damage, homing tears and a 50% chance to ignore damage.
