Recognize it and read the attack
A small pale Pin-like head preceded by a lump in the floor.
Teleports underground near Isaac, then launches toward him. It can cross pits and obstacles when lunging at a flying Isaac.
What makes it dangerous
The previous landing spot does not tell you where the next lunge will start.
A suggested response
- Watch for the new lump while leaving space to move across the lunge.
- Keep checking the floor even when flight puts you over a pit.
Check the other enemies before committing to this response. Obstacles, your weapon and your character can change the safest angle.
The mistake to avoid
Watching only the last landing location or assuming flight makes the lunge harmless.
Follow the landing lane as well as the current position.

A shared family does not guarantee the same attack or death effect.
