Recognize it and read the attack
A small pale floating baby with an open mouth.
Drifts toward Isaac, fires single aimed shots and occasionally teleports to another position.
What makes it dangerous
Its next firing lane may start somewhere other than the position you were watching.
A suggested response
- Move across the aimed shot instead of retreating along it.
- Look for its new position after each teleport before crossing the room.
Check the other enemies before committing to this response. Obstacles, your weapon and your character can change the safest angle.
The mistake to avoid
Continuing to dodge around a position it has already left.
Read the firing direction before crossing its lane.
Compare the family
A shared family does not guarantee the same attack or death effect.
