Repentance · Pill effects
Full Health
Fully restores your red health.
Neutral pill symbol: colors are assigned to effects per run.
Healing
Normal pill effect
Fully restores your red health.
Practical tip
It fills containers you already have rather than increasing capacity.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
Also adds three Soul Hearts after healing red health.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.

A red-health refill, an added heart, a Broken Heart, and a protective hit have different effects. Check your character and current health type before using the consumable.
