Before you use it
If the damage would kill you, it becomes Full Health instead. The damage does not reduce deal-room odds.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
Deals two hearts of damage, with the same fatal-damage conversion to Full Health.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
