Unlock Tainted Eden to reveal the blank entry below challenge #44. This run uses ordinary Isaac with TMTRAINER, and its listed target is ??? (Blue Baby) in the Chest.
Generated collectible names and icons do not reliably describe their effects. Try an unfamiliar active cautiously, and consider passing up more items once the build can handle the next rooms.
The challenge sends the Cathedral boss chest to the Chest without requiring The Polaroid pickup. This fixed challenge route differs from the usual Chest route.
The reward is XIV - Temperance?, the reversed card. It is different from the ordinary Temperance card that creates a Blood Donation Machine.
