What Adult does
- Adds one Red Heart container.
- Deepens Isaac's voice as a one-time cosmetic effect.
How to transform
Use the Puberty pill 3 times during the same run.
Each use adds one count. The third use completes Adult.
Rules that matter
Keep these exceptions in mind
- Adult is pill-driven and does not use an item metadata tag.
