Rainbow Poop
Fully refills existing red-heart containers when destroyed.
How to recognize it
A pile with distinct rainbow bands.
Interaction and possible rewards
Shoot to break
- Destroying it refills your available red-heart health.
- It does not add new heart containers or replace missing Soul Heart health.
Before you act
A character without usable red-heart containers does not gain that refill.
