What Vibrant Bulb does
- A full active-item charge grants small Damage, Tears, Speed, Range, Shot Speed and Luck bonuses.
- Using the active item removes those bonuses until it is charged again.

Hold a ready charge through combat when the stat boost is more valuable than the item's immediate effect.
