What Technology 2 does
- Holding the fire button projects a sustained, piercing laser from Isaac's right eye while the other eye can still fire tears.
- In Repentance the ordinary tear fire rate is reduced, so the beam supplies much of the damage.
In a run
Practical note
Sweep the beam across several enemies while aiming the remaining tears at priority targets.
