Mechanics
What Silver Dollar does
- Shops can appear in the Womb and Corpse paths while it is held.
- This creates more opportunities to use coins that would otherwise sit unspent late in a run.
Achievement #284
How to unlock it

Unlocking an item and finding it during a run are separate steps.
