What Sanguine Bond does
- A set of spikes appears in Devil Rooms, and taking damage on it rolls an outcome.
- The reward odds are listed below; 35% of hits give nothing.

Sanguine Bond spike outcomes
Each time the Devil Room spikes damage you, they roll one of these outcomes.
