Mechanics
What Old Capacitor does
- Clearing rooms no longer directly charges Isaac's active item while this trinket is held.
- Room clears instead have a chance to spawn batteries, and higher luck improves that chance.
Achievement #545
How to unlock it
Kill 10 Battery Bums.
Unlocking an item and finding it during a run are separate steps.
