Mechanics
What Mom's Lock does
- Each room has a chance to receive a random effect associated with a Mom item.
- The rolled effect changes from room to room rather than becoming a permanent inventory item.

How to unlock it
Earn the Isaac, ??? (Chest), Satan, and The Lamb completion marks as Tainted Isaac.
