- A tear has a 5% chance to call Big Horn's hand, rising with Luck to 20% at 15 Luck. The hand instantly kills regular enemies and deals 36 damage to bosses.
- Isaac also deals 7 contact damage per second.

Keep shooting at tough enemies for the chance to summon the hand, rather than seeking contact.
