What Damocles (hidden passive effect) does

  • New eligible free item pedestals appear in pairs; priced items and chest rewards are not doubled.
  • After Isaac takes damage, the hanging sword can randomly fall on a later frame and kill him instantly.

Defeat The Lamb as Jacob and Esau to unlock the Damocles active item.
