What Clear Rune does
- Spawns a rune when picked up in Repentance.
- Using the item triggers the held rune's effect while leaving the rune available to use or carry onward.

How to unlock it
Complete The Guardian (challenge #30).
The Guardian unlocks Blank Rune and, in Repentance, also unlocks the Clear Rune item.
Unlocking an item and finding it during a run are separate steps.
