In-game pickup line
“Keep your friends close...”
Mechanics
What Child Leash does
- Familiars follow at a shorter distance while the trinket is held.
- This changes their positioning, which can make some companion effects easier to aim or keep nearby.
In a run
Practical note
Try it with familiars whose attacks depend on where they stand relative to Isaac.
