In-game pickup line
“Wealth of gas”
Mechanics
What Butt Penny does
- Poop has a higher chance to produce coins when destroyed.
- Picking up a coin makes Isaac fart, pushing nearby enemies and projectiles away and poisoning enemies in Repentance.
In a run
Practical note
Clear poop for extra money, and collect a coin near a threat when the defensive fart could help.
