Game-file description
“Temporary DMG up”
Mechanics
What The Book of Belial (Judas Birthright) does
- The book can be held beneath another active item, so using the active item can also invoke Belial's temporary damage bonus.
- The damage bonus depends on the active item's charge count, and the held book still improves Devil or Angel Room chance.

Practical note
Choose a normally charged active item to make repeated use of the combined damage effect.
