In-game pickup line
“Trick or treat?”
Mechanics
What Apple! does
- It gives a modest Tears increase.
- A shot can become a razor blade dealing several times Isaac's damage, with better odds at higher luck.
In a run
Practical note
The occasional blade makes continued fire more rewarding against sturdy enemies.
