How you get here
The standard entrance requires ten Mom's Heart victories and defeating the Womb finale before 30 minutes.
Prepare before the checkpoint
- Use the available rooms and chests to prepare before entering Hush's arena.
- The 30-minute condition controls ordinary entry; special effects can create exceptions.
Checkpoint and exit
Defeat Hush. Three Hush victories unlock A Secret Exit for the alternate path.
Once Void access is unlocked, the post-Hush portal is the reliable Delirium route. Other exits continue the main branches.
