Recognize it and read the attack
A round dark bat with small wings.
Moves slowly and tries to align diagonally with Isaac before shooting toward him.
What makes it dangerous
It can drift away from your straight firing line while preparing its own shot.
A suggested response
- Change position to bring the bat into your firing line.
- Watch its diagonal alignment and sidestep when it shoots.
Check the other enemies before committing to this response. Obstacles, your weapon and your character can change the safest angle.
The mistake to avoid
Standing still and firing along a lane the bat keeps avoiding.
Read the firing direction before crossing its lane.
