What happens when you use it
Creates a room-pool item while replacing health capacity with a Broken Heart.
Before you use it
It costs one red container, or two Soul Hearts when you have no red containers. The capacity loss matters for the rest of the run.
Check which health or protection changes
A red-health refill, an added heart, a Broken Heart, and a protective hit have different effects. Check your character and current health type before using the consumable.
