Repentance · Pill effects
Telepills
Teleports you to a random room.
Neutral pill symbol: colors are assigned to effects per run.
TeleportDangerous
Normal pill effect
Teleports you to a random room.
Before you use it
Rare outcomes include an I AM ERROR room or Black Market, so it can disrupt a planned route.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
Uses the same teleport effect as the normal pill.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
