Repentance · Pill effects
Retro Vision
Pixelates the screen in bursts over thirty seconds.
Neutral pill symbol: colors are assigned to effects per run.
Dangerous
Normal pill effect
Pixelates the screen in bursts over thirty seconds.
Before you use it
It affects visibility rather than your damage or fire rate.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
The pixelation lasts ninety seconds without the normal breaks.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
