Stats
Normal pill effect
Adds a cosmetic sign of puberty.
Practical tip
Three uses trigger the Adult transformation, which adds a heart container.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
Adds a more pronounced cosmetic appearance; do not count it as two Puberty uses.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
