Repentance · Pill effects
Pretty Fly
Adds a permanent fly orbital, up to three.
Neutral pill symbol: colors are assigned to effects per run.
Protection
Normal pill effect
Adds a permanent fly orbital, up to three.
Practical tip
The fly helps block enemy projectiles.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
Adds a Big Fan orbital instead of a normal Pretty Fly.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
