Repentance · Pill effects
Percs!
Reduces incoming damage to half a heart for this room.
Neutral pill symbol: colors are assigned to effects per run.
Protection
Normal pill effect
Reduces incoming damage to half a heart for this room.
Practical tip
Use it before a dangerous fight; leaving ends the protection.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
The damage-reduction effect is unchanged.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
