Health Down
Removes one red heart container.
Neutral pill symbol: colors are assigned to effects per run.
StatsDangerous
Normal pill effect
Removes one red heart container.
Before you use it
With one red container or less, it changes into Health Up instead.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
Removes two containers; it changes to Health Up when that loss is not possible.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
