Dangerous
Normal pill effect
Makes incoming hits cost a full heart for this room.
Before you use it
Avoid using it before combat. The room exit ends the effect.
Large pill variant
Horse pill effect
The damage-increase effect is unchanged.
Within a run, the horse pill uses the same color-to-effect assignment as the regular pill. The larger version is not always just double the normal effect.
