OSRS Hitpoints training guide

Hitpoints is normally trained passively through direct combat damage. Most accounts should complete Slayer, combat skills, and bossing before considering a dedicated grind.

Quick tip: Do not rush 99 Hitpoints before training your other combat skills. Direct damage will usually carry it naturally.
